I’d thought I go and check out the Cenotaph in London before they took away the wreaths and pay my respects. At the same time I had planned to visit the Household Cavalry Museum, however that was closed due to the state visit from the South Korean president and his wife. This isn’t the first time a state visit has interrupted my plans either and probably not the last!!
There is a family of House Sparrow’s nesting above my kitchen that wake me up in the morning, took a picture with my good camera.
Got very close to this little fella, my Uncle just told me it’s a Long-tailed Tit. Here are some pics I took on my iPhone.
I was pulling out the weeds on the veg patch and came across a beast of a catipiller. He was quite big and google through the pictures to find out he is an Elephant Hawk Moth. They are very beautiful moths when they evolve so I moved him to a safer place.
Last weekend I was round at my brother and sis-in-law and they were having a BBQ. I couldn’t help but notice this uncommon cloud which I found rather interesting. I am sure it has a name but I don’t know what that is.
